This BCA AR-15 complete .17 hmr rifle has a 20" heavy barrel with a stainless steel finish, and features a 1:9 twist rate. It includes the BCA Talon 15" MLOK split rail, an M4 flat-top 7075 billet aluminum upper receiver, a BCA bolt carrier group, a flash hider, and a right side charging handle (Gen 2, Patent Protected), and the BCA mil-spec forged AR-15 lower.
