*30% less weight with the BCA Talon split rail than regular MLOK This Bear Creek Arsenal AR-15 Complete 5.56 rifle length upper has a 16" M4 with a black nitride finish, and features a 1:7 twist, with a mid-length gas system. It includes the BCA Talon 15" MLOK Split Rail, a M4 flat-top forged upper receiver, a BCA bolt carrier group, flash hider, and a rear charging handle. This 5.56 upper is compatible with any mil-spec AR-15 lower.
