COATING

The VU42 uses the latest coating technology to provide a multi layered coating that is anti-reflection; scratch resistant, anti-glare and UV. This ensure that you get the best viewing quality without having to worry about wear and tear.

EYE RELIEF & EXIT PUPIL

Eye relief is the distance between your eye and and the eyepiece of your binoculars when the entire field of view is visible. The C42 and the Vu42 both come with adjustable eyecups, allowing you to set the eye relief to its maximum or what suits you the best. The exit pupil refers to the brightness of the image. It is calculated by dividing the diameter of the objective lense (42) by the magnification number (10). A higher number indicates a brighter picture which is great for low light situations.
