The upper will come with the Picatinny rail stock adapter and all the parts to make it bufferless.
If using on an AR15 Lower you will need this tool to convert the non bufferless to bufferless. You will also need a Stern defense magwell adapter.

This BCA AR-15 complete 9MM pistol length bufferless upper has a 7.5" Heavy barrel with a parkerized finish, and features a 1:10 twist rate, with a blow back gas system. It includes the BCA Talon MLOK split rail, an M4 flat-top 7075 billet aluminum upper receiver, a BCA bolt carrier group, a flash hider, and Gen 2 (patent protected) right Side Charging handle, and will work on a milspec AR-9 lower.
