The upper will come with the Picatinny rail stock adapter and all the parts to make it bufferless.
If using on an AR15 Lower you will need this tool to convert the non bufferless to bufferless. You will also need a Stern defense magwell adapter.

This BCA AR-15 complete 9MM bufferless (Patent Pending) pistol upper has a 10.5" M4 barrel with a 416R Stainless Steel finish, and features a 1:10 twist rate, with a blow back gas system. It includes the BCA Talon 10" MLOK split rail, an M4 flat-top 7075 billet aluminum upper receiver, a BCA bolt carrier group, a flash hider, and Gen 2 (patent protected) Side Charging handle, and will fit on a mil-spec AR-9 Bufferless lower.
