-The Magshack
"The BCA Grizzly is a full-size polymer pistol chambered in 9mm that accepts GLOCK mags and surprisingly has many features you’d expect from a much more expensive pistol."

Don’t let the Grizzly’s very attractive $295 MSRP fool you. This is a feature-rich gun, and it will serve most average shooters well...
FAQ ON THE GRIZZLY
What magazines does the Grizzly use?
The Grizzly uses Glock 17 style magazines. It can’t use GLOCK 19 magazines.
Why a 20 degree angle?
The grip angle of a handgun is a key factor in its ergonomics, affecting how naturally and comfortably the firearm aligns with the shooter's hand and arm. A 20-degree grip angle, which is close to the grip angle of famous models like the 1911, is often considered beneficial for several reasons. First, a 20 degree grip angle facilitates a more natural point of aim. This means when you raise the firearm to aim, it tends to align more closely with the natural position of the arm and wrist. Second, this grip angle can help reduce strain on the wrist by allowing it to remain in a more neutral, and comfortable position during shooting. This angle can also affect recoil management. A grip that aligns wells with the forearm can help distribute the recoil force more evenly through the arm, reducing muzzle flip and allowing for quicker follow up shots.
Is the Grizzly compatible with GLOCK components?
Many of the components, like the barrel, trigger, firing pin, and other upper parts are Glock-17 Gen-3 compatible. With the exception of the Mag release which is Glock Gen-5 compatible. For example, if you like one of our bear claw barrels for Glock 17s, you could drop that into your Grizzly. This is ideal not only for customization, but also for having inexpensive and widely accessible backup parts.
What Holsters works with the Grizzly?
Universal GLOCK style holsters and the 1791 Gunleather Optic Ready Paddle Holster work with the Grizzly. We are currently working on partnering with holster companies to create holsters specifically for the Grizzly. So, keep an eye out!
What's special about bear fur stippling?
If you’ve ever shot a polymer-framed handgun, you know it can be somewhat slippery. And sadly the grip texture on a lot of handguns doesn’t make this any better. So, we added a unique bear fur stippling to increase grip and texture. And as a bonus, it looks like bear fur!
How to clean and maintain your Grizzly?
You’ll need a cleaning rod, bore brush, patch holder and patches, Gun Cleaner solvent, gun oil or lubricant, small brush, and a clean rag. First, you’ll need to disassemble your Grizzly. Start by ensuring your firearm is safe. Remove the magazine and check the chamber to ensure it is clear. After ensuring your firearm is clear, point it in a safe direction and pull the trigger. Next, you’ll need to take off the slide. To do this, pull back on the slide slightly and pull down on the slide lock on both sides of the frame. While holding the slide lock down, move the slide forward off the frame. Finally, take out the recoil spring assembly and remove the barrel from the slide. Now for the cleaning process. We will start by cleaning the barrel. Take your bore brush and apply your cleaning solvent. Run the bore brush through the barrel several times to scrub out the buildup. Replace the brush with a patch holder and run solvent-soaked patches through the barrel until they come out clean. Finish with a dry patch to remove any remaining solvent. To clean the slide and frame, use your small brush and solvent, focusing on the breech face and areas where residue accumulates. Wipe down the frame, paying special attention to the rails and any metal-to-metal contact points. Finish by cleaning the recoil spring and guide rod with a cloth lightly dampened with solvent. This is also a great time to check all parts for wear or damage. Now that everything is all clean it’s time to lubricate. Apply a small amount of gun oil to the areas where there is metal to metal contact. Be sure not to over lubricate, as excessive oil can attract dirt and debris. To reassemble your grizzly, replace the barrel and recoil spring in the slide. Reattach the slide to the frame by aligning the slide rails with the frame rails and sliding it back into position. Function check the firearm to ensure it has been reassembled correctly and is operating properly.
