What is the accuracy of the barrels and rifles?
BCA expects 1” or better grouping at 100 yards.
Why don't you recommend Steel Cased Ammo?
BCA does not recommend steel case ammo because steel case ammo tends to wear down the chamber of the barrel faster. You are able and welcome to use steel case ammo. Our recommendation is based on our commitment to making sure your rifle lasts as long as possible. Depending on market availability, we do on occasion use steel cased ammo for testing when brass ammo is not available.
Are your items sold with BCA Branding?
Yes, All BCA items may have our branding on the item.
What is the procedure for warranty work and what does it cover?
BCA warranty is a limited lifetime guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your product, please download the Warranty/Return Form or contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receiving the product, BCA quality team will inspect and repair or replace, as needed. Please allow 2 weeks for inspection and return. How do I become a dealer?

When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-14 business days for orders to process after submitting.
Do you ship toP.O.Boxes?
No. All orders get shipped out via UPS ground.
Can BCA dictate how much FFL's charge for transfer?
No. All transfer fees are dictated by the individual FFL's. Please make sure that you check with the individual FFL before having your item shipped there.
Does BCA endorse any FFL Dealers?
No. Please make sure you are having your items shipped to a reputable dealer before ordering.
Can color shade vary with cerakote items?
Yes. We work very hard to make sure that they are always the same but there can be very small changes in shading from one batch to the next. You may also see a different color online vs. the product received as colors can vary from monitor to monitor.
What happens after I place my order?
Since we are a manufacturer we do not stock items already assembled. When an order is placed on the website our master craftsmen in our assembly department get to work building and testing the item. To ensure that we deliver the best possible product, we do not rush this process. We work very hard to get orders out as quick as possible, that is why we say "1-14 business days for processing". Most (but unfortunately not all) of our orders are processed and leave our building within 3-4 business days. We want to make sure that we set the proper expectation so we can under promise and over deliver.
